Okay, let’s review some of the bidding.

BushCo thrives on loop-holes. Mukasey left a loop-hole the size of an Iron Maiden in his Torture testimony.

Ergo: A Vote for Mukasey is a Vote for Torture.

Immunity for the Telcos is a Free-Pass on Profiteering without Due Diligence for Legal Compliance. It doesn’t challenge the Rationale that Ordered the Illegality.

Ergo: Giving Telcos Immunity is Implicit Approval of the UE.

Torture is an Unforgiveable Sin in the Community of Nations - Let’s Stand on Principle Against It!

Giving Away Our Civil Rights is As Evil as Bush Taking Them Away.

A Vote for Mukasey is a Vote for Torture, and a Vote for Immunity is a Vote for King Bush.

We are neither of those things, and neither should Our Representatives be, either!

Sen Murray (D) (WA) just sent me an email sating she is voting against MuKasey.
I replied, if only Feinstein and Schumer would do the right thing.
