OK, so we’re in agreement that Rahm is part of the problem, not part of the solution. Why is there no discussion of forcing him to deal with a primary challenge?

Because he’s in a quite secure district. But, that doesn’t mean we couldn’t look at the other members who voted him into his leadership position. If we can find some of those who are weak or particularly offensive, then we might primary them and reshape the House from the roots.
