TRex, just read about your back. Really sorry! It sounded horrible. I have a twin sister; but, we are 3,000 miles apart for now. However, as someone who suffers from a chronic disease that involves a lot of pain, my recommendation is to take lots of magnesium. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant. You need more than the RDA, which is miniscule. The rule of thumb is about 250 mg per every 4 pounds of weight. My second recommendation, which I used the first time I hurt my back, is laughter–even if the laughter makes you hurt some. I had my doctors in awe at my miraculous recovery (although it couldn’t have been as bad as yours–I never passed out from the pain). I took aspirin (which I can take with no stomach problems) and magnesium every 6 hours (except when sleeping) and I watched the Marx Brothers movies, The Three Stooges, old episodes of MASH, and read a book I consider to be one of the funniest books I have ever read. Also, like you I took lots of hot baths with epsom salts, which I think is a form of magnesium. Hope you get well quickly.

I don’t watch sci-fi or other stuff with superheroes and villians. But, I have always believed the absolutely best villain ever in a movie was Mr. Joshua, played by Gary Busey, in Lethal Weapon (the original). A good villiain, whether super powers or not, is one who never tires of being evil and enjoys it to the hilt (but that does not involve overacting and chewing the scenery). All the other lethal weapon movies were very good–certainly better than most sequals–but they never had a villain as good as Mr. Joshua.

Google “Nazi” and “Bush”, “Clinton”, “Left”, “Right”. Nearly 12 million hits.

Bush Nazi 430,000
Clinton Nazi 4,530,000
Left Nazi 1,580,000
Right Nazi 5,130,000

Clearly the right is more inclined to personalize. But as a rhetorical technique, it goes nowhere. Godwin’s law doesn’t say anything about how accurate you are.

Let’s start to get serious, shall we (Google)?

9/11 Truth: 33,000,000

9/11 Conspiracy: 12,800,000

Osama CIA: 2,640,000

Cheney Nazi: 2,190,000

9/11 New World Order: 2,120,000

9/11 Highly Convenient: 1,630,000

9/11 Inside Job: 1,040,000

9/11 Bush Conspiracy: 1,040,000

9/11 Stand Down: 800,000

9/11 False Flag: 566,000

Somethin’s happenin’ here, what it is ain’t exactly clear. But here’s a clue for you:

“We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”

Did the Bush Crime Family create and execute 9/11 as a heinous crime eclipsing the evil mendacity of Eddie Bernays? Does our kulture advance? I’ll give anyone here 100:1 odds that 9/11 was an inside job. Any takers?

Dr. Doom, then the Sub-Mariner (who’s really a hero-villain, but if he fights the Fantastic Four, he’s gotta be a bad guy, at least some).

My least favorite super-villains are Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Torquemada, Condi Rice, Paul Wolfowitz — oh, Bushy Boy, too: gotta include the royal sock puppet.
