What you’re skipping over is that women are no where near represented at the top of the B’Hai organizational structure – and are frankly excluded from it.

What you’re skipping over is the fact that numerous women are elected to the main bodies that apply Bahá’í’ dictates and principles, the Local Spiritual Assemblies(LSAs), and the National Spiritual Assemblies(NSAs)(almost 200+)…!
