What is going on? The Dems are getting punk’d on everything! The odious Kyl-Lieberman amendment, Hans von Spakovsky squeaked through (thanks a lot to DiFi and Ben Nelson (DINO-Nebraska), the House voting to condemn MoveOn.org??? What is happening? I’ve been calling and calling about everything, S-CHIP, FEC, etc. Can some cooler heads prevail here, and let me what I can do to help make things better? It just feels like the 2006 didn’t change anything.

It’s the Blue Dogs. They’re triangulating faster than Euclid and protecting Hillary’s election chances and probably some war-profiteering chances. It’s part of the recent all-Hillary-all-the-time show we’ve been seeing. And, don’t forget to notice that Bill Clinton is out there doing “humanitarian” things and getting his face all over t.v. Get real. It’s part of the campaign.

They offer nothing new that’s good and this vote is an example.

Declare it and make it so – American and Israeli foreign policy. Anybody who won’t play ball with us on our terms is some kind of enemy.

The American public is fed up with war. Too many dead and wounded American soldiers. And they’re beginning to believe the truth that the war in Iraq actually makes them less safe.

Too bad our politicians are still fingering the wind.

Watch out folks…when this issue comes up in the so-called “progressive” blogosphere many people take a hard and rigid right turn on this issue. The most critcal issue in the middle east is avoided in the MSM and often in the blogosphere. If and When the I/P discussion gets going the attacks start to fly.

Craig will get pounded (not in a good way) in the next election. He must have a lot of faith in Gerrymandering, Diebold, voter caging, road blocks and roadside vehicle inspections on election day.

I believe that he has already announced that he’s not running again.

He’s said that he’s not stepping down until he knows for sure that he can’t beat the charges. So he’s going to be around into October.

I hope he stretches it out into the New Year, but I can’t imagine the GOP standing for that.

I believe so. Look at how muscular she is — Michelangelo, male-oriented guy that he was, sucked at doing the female form. His Pieta was about the only time he got it right.

Haven’t read this Lieberman bill. I’m not in favor of nuclear weapons for Iran, though- and would tolerate a lot of tough talking if it helps keep em nuke free. Iran should think that the US is unified in opposition to their nukes.

What world do you live in? It’s perfectly, even, legal for Iran to obtain nuclear power. As far as nuclear weapons, IMHO, the possession of nukes by Iran would go a long way towards pushing the chutzpah back down the Z*onists throats. As Mordechai Vanunu stated, the Z*onist regime would not have been so bold about throwing its weight around without their nuclear weapons. Time for some parity in the neighborhood.
