OK, poor Kirk ended up feeling horrid about this last night. I’m not prone to that, so here goes.

Kathleen: while your posts are well documented and you do not use inflammatory language, you very obviously have one and only one priority - to get the information out there, no matter how OT it is. And it is almost always wildly OT.

Big Mitch: While you are only OT on issues pertaining to shorn-haired, imperialist baseball teams, and your posts are heart-felt, they are rarely documented and usually cherry picked in what you respond to.

So: Kathleen, if the post count isn’t past 100, shut up. And Big Mitch, if you don’t have a reasonable link to counter it, shut up.

I don’t really give an eff if I’ve lost 2 friends. But if you follow my advice, maybe you guys won’t each lose a few hundred.

Some of what the two of them point out is valid. Kathleen, in my opinion, you could link to far fewer links that you consider the most important and relevant to the topic. I agree, Big Mitch, that you take one position without links to back it up. Not saying you’re wrong, just that we don’t take opinion as fact.

You guys are both great, and the P/I situation is miserable and most important. Just maybe consider other issues and be considerate of the topic at hand?

If you go through the comments it does not take long to see how many people go OT, and what gets singled out by the OT police. Just so obvious
