Here’s one for ccmask. Dov Zakheim- Misplaced $2.3 Trillion.

Is that the money Rumsfeld talked about on 9/10/01?

Sheesh, it’s soooo easy to misplace money these days.

Somebody is gonna have to go around the earth looking into every single bank account to see where it might’ve landed.

Richmond @ 125

It is pretty amazing that the Bangor Daily News was willing to publish this as an op-ed all things considered with Collin’s staff person being married to the editor and all. Hmmm. I bet Suzi is a bit pissed off today. Huh?

I could easily be wrong, but with the newspaper trick (playing up Collins) and the web-page trick (’objective’ propaganda for Collins) it looks like their MO is (or maybe WAS) to put out propaganda in the guise of objective news reporting, so as to trick the viewer/reader/listener into thinking they can trust the source. Oh, how wrong they are.

I like the OpEd. Revealing to the public that they’re being lied to or tricked should do wonders to convince them to NOT be so trusting. And, as we all know, once they start getting the Truth…well, that’s radical, isn’t it and it is always Left-leaning.

So, yeah, that OpEd probably surprised the Collins camp.

…
Referring to the establishment of Congress, … Yet there was Sen. Lindsey Graham, in Iraq, pistol in a shoulder holster, serving an elective two weeks of reserve duty as an Air Force Reserve colonel.

Tell me, did it make his ‘wide stance’ appear more appropriate?

The name Lance Dutson should set off all kinds of warning signals-it’s obviously the name of a pod person…it’s the kind of name that makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up too!

ccmask - TPMMuckraker has some kind of running lists, too.

AmericaBlog and Crooks&Liars are good at the Nugent level stuff (which TPM usually ignores). MediaMatters.org only does media stuff, but if it crosses their radar, they will have all the details.

(Great list!)

There are also some of the other people in the Cunningham and Foggo cases like Brent Wilkes, Mitchell Wade, Kontgianis (sp?) and one or two others. There were also a couple of guys with CIFA who resigned/ retired because of the MZM contracting with CIFA, i.e. CIFA Director David A. Burtt II and his top deputy Joseph Hefferon.

Thanks Hugh.
