It’s a big storm, so, anything’s possible. But, the current 3-day track is showing less than tropical storm force winds by day three over central southern Mexico, suggesting that the storm will dissipate over land.

when you reach the part that hurts

push back slowly toward the joint

by the time you’ve pushed the pain back as far as it can go, the headache should be gone or down many notches

best to be sitting down and doing not much else

takes about ten/fifteen minutes.

works for me

apparently it’s one of the main acupuncture points

There are also good pressure points on your occipital bones at the base of your skull.
It can be effective to lay your head on two tennis balls duct-taped together with a washcloth or towel to keep them from rolling away.

I feel for you! I used to get bad-ass migraines rather frequently.

Loo Hoo, my DFA group delivered 65,000 signed petitions to Impeach Gonzo last month. This is the only AZ Democrat who voted FOR FISA. But he is a far cry better than old JD Hayworth any day!

In 2006 - the way the state ran the campaigns with the coordinated campaigns, they ONLY called or mentioned the 3-4 top races. My own district almost booted out the “Guns In Bars” state Senator by 1000 votes.

It is just my opinion but I think that upper level candidates need to help the down ticket candidates with the idea of helping grow the farm team. It is pure selfishness to run a single candidate race on the party dime AND not make it a group effort.

^^ Three and five day course prediction charts. The underlying discussion is that a weather system in the northern Gulf has “pinched” Dean off and prevented any northward movement.

The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) produces a number of charts and graphics that follow the various known factors in hurricane development and growth. Two big factors are wind shear and water temp… Plus a big storm like Dean cannot grow over land, and large land masses should disrupt, weaken, and kill them.

SST Charts were updated recently. They show why nobody wants this storm to move north into the orange colored warm water on the most recent map.
