The same could be said for the elimination of habeas corpus. </p> <p>Of course I guess it is possible that Dick already did that in one of his man sized safes and has hidden the “New Amended” Constitution with his seemingly limitless powers. People can understand lists.<br /> OT- my latest idea on Iraq is to start a solar power program there (contingent on a truce)so they have power restored and might even forgive us for Bush’s mistake.
