The war is the single most important issue facing the country at the moment. I really don’t see how Sen. Reid could have the senate out of session during August while our troops sits in 120 degree heat in Iraq. Besides we do need to have some grown ups in Washington, a lot could happen in a month.

thanks, it was a hard one……..we weren’t allowed to ‘report’ anyone, could be fired for it…….so i had to wait, and call anonymously…..was hard……..had to draw a line on what really called for a phone call or not………horrendous things, and had to sit and wait and worry about them…….the things that hung on my mind were the ones that i knew i had to face and call about…….then you got the people on the phone that wanted a name, and i couldn’t give them one……..i hoped that they pursued it anyway………because i was telling them the truth……

what bothered me most was my coworkers, who never saw why they should involve themselves……..they were told not to, and that was it.
i never saw it that way.

My dog (half Golden Retriever, half muy macho Lab) will proudly wear whatever you put on him. In fact, he acts hurt if you take it off him before he’s gotten it all muddy and disgusting. (He has to wear orange all hunting season.)

Dogs will wear whatever suits their style!

McCaffrey the MilleniaLab has a swell “bling” bone on mardi gras beads that he loves to show off when we have company. He’s happy to wear tuff t-shirts too. Kind of the cut-sleeve ones, though. I think he’d even wear slinky pink if he could be assured that none of the neighborhood big boy dogs would see him in it.
