Crawford, Texas — A tragic flood this morning destroyed the personal library of former President Bush. The flood began in the presidential bathroom where both of the books were kept.

Both books have been lost. A presidential spokesman said the president was devastated, since he was almost finished coloring the second one.

The White House tried to call FEMA, but there was no answer.

The only problem is the <b>reality, of course, is far different in Iraq according to the Pentagon statistics.</b> It seems as we control one area we are just pushing the violence to another area. Most experts have said we need double the amount of troops for Bush’s strategy to work. We cannot bring in that many troops in Iraq unless we have a regional political solution and help from others. </p> <p>Also our military being on Muslim soil is increasing the recruitment of terrorist and making Al-Qaeda stronger via National Intelligence Estimate reports. Daily attacks in Iraq hit new high in June

(Reuters) – Attacks in Iraq last month reached their highest daily average since May 2003, showing a surge in violence as President George W. Bush completed a buildup of U.S. troops, Pentagon statistics show.

The data, obtained by Reuters from the Defense Department, showed an upward trend in daily attacks over the past four months, when U.S. and Iraqi forces were ramping up operations against insurgents and militants, including al Qaeda, in Iraq.

Pentagon officials were not immediately available to comment on the statistics.
