Au Pied Du Couchon was a pub atmosphere. It was on Wisconsin in Georgetown.

When I asked how he could possibly justify NOT restoring the writ of habeus corpus the slimeball told me that I didn’t understand the issues, and that it was part of a larger bill. I replied that I don’t care, the USA holds itself to a high moral standard, and actions such as suspended WoHC and torture are NOT part of the America I once knew.
