EPU’d below but can anyone advise? Drew a peace sign on my car’s U.S. flag decal. Is that considered defacement? It’s right next to my Impeach em sign recommended yesterday by Petrocelli I think. I’m lurkin less and luvin it more.

I think they have tried to call it defacement but even the flags with the stars arranged in a peace sign have been declared protected speech. Or at least up until the Federalist Society took over.

There’s a photo out there somewhere of dubya signing a flag for someone. How’s that for defacement of the flag?!

I’ve seen Goodman’s show on cable – one of the 2nd-tier network channels – in our neck of the woods, Rich. (n.e. OH – Time-Warner, formerly Adelphia).

I don’t know how widely her show is carried, or even if she takes call-ins, but it might be worth trying to find out.

I would say “total bullshit” except, that is what I would have said a year ago about today’s reality. Step #6 and after could have problems since the previous steps “broke” the military; except for the “nuke” military: Navy and Air Force.
