Splendid. As far as I can tell the shabby ass prosecution ain’t got *nothing* to do with the accused. The judge should just throw out the government’s case. It’s shoddy and shabby. And it stinks. Like someone said to me, there are always at least 4 or 5 parallel conversations going on. Enforcement of “no OT” only happens during Book Salon, Blue America posts, and others as stated. I think it’s great to be respectful of people like Lew Koch who are reporting on serious issues, and only have a few posts a week. But, in deep EPU land, I don’t see that as a problem.
