Hello, Firedoglakers. This is Thers of Whiskey Fire, pinch hitting once again for Watertiger, who is on vacation in Australia — more specifically, here. Sure, it looks nice and all, but one wonders if she really knows what she’s getting herself into. Australians are a polite but mysterious people, constantly saying “good day” but leaving out the “ood” part. And then also they enjoy putting shrimp on Barbies. I don’t even want to know what they put on Ken dolls. So I’d say that there is a reasonable danger that Watertiger may need to defend herself against unwanted seafood-stacking upon her person from inebriated Aussies who mistake her for a Mattel product, and it it to be hoped that she remains vigilant against any such Antipodean atrocities.
Vigilance is required in other parts of the world, also. One such place is the state of Minnesota, which has as one of its Senators the ludicrous and shameful spectacle that is Norm Coleman. Coleman’s career on the national stage has consisted of a comical encounter with George Galloway and his courageous grandstanding in the Terry Schiavo mess.
At any rate I have long been aware that Coleman is an absolute tool, but I confess I had not fully appreciated the full extent of his toolishness until I came across this post at Talk Left. There we discover a link to an open letter sent to Senator Coleman by Norm Kent, a board member of NORML, an attorney, and a former classmate of Coleman’s at Hofsta… where they were drug buddies. (Yep, that’s a real picture of Coleman from back in the day. Hairy fella, weren’t he?)
This is relevant because among his many deeply-held principles, Coleman is Firmly Against the Demon Weed:
I oppose the legalization of marijuana because, as noted by the Office of National Drug Control Policy, marijuana can have serious adverse health affects on individuals. The health problems that may occur from this highly addictive drug include short-term memory loss, anxiety, respiratory illness and a risk of lung cancer that far exceeds that of tobacco products. It would also make our transportation, schools and workplaces, just as examples, more dangerous.
Kent is skeptical, not least because he remembers Coleman singing a different tune back in his college days:
… these conservative kids don’t fuck or get high like we do… Everyone watch out, the 1950s’ bobby-sox generation is about to take over.
Freaky. Kent explains:
Years ago, in a lifetime far away, you did not oppose the legalization of marijuana. Years ago, in our dorm rooms at Hofstra University, you, me, Billy, your future brother-in-law, Ivan, Jonathan, Peter, Janet, Nancy and a wealth of other students smoked dope.
Sure, we had to tape the doors shut, burn incense and open the windows, but we got high, and yet we grew up okay, without the help of the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s advice…. We have seen more people die last year from spinach then pot. We have endured generations of drug addicts overdosing on a multitude of drugs, from heroin to crystal methamphetamine. In your public life, as an attorney general, mayor and United States senator, you have been in the forefront of speaking out against abuses which are harmful. You have been a noble and honorable public servant. How about not being such a dope on dope?
How about admitting that if the Rockefeller drug laws were applied to Norman Bruce Coleman on Long Island in 1968, or to me, or to our friends, and fellow students, you, I and others we knew and loved might just be getting out of jail now? How about recognizing that for too long too many have been wrongly arrested, unjustly prosecuted and illegally incarcerated for unconscionable periods of time?
As the kids say nowadays (when they’re baked!), read the whole thing. And then, who knows, maybe you can check out Coleman’s opponent in the next election — this guy, who seems OK but unfortunately can never hope do be as amusing as the silly hippie he’s running against.

Right On Thers!!! Nice Post!
Hey Thers!
Good post for an Irishman!
The thing that is most maddening is the weighted lottery of it all. White kids use more drugs than blacks. A good reason might be access to capital. Inner city blacks though are arrested at a greater level, and their lives are basically fucked to a large extent.
How many of these drug warriors can not say but for the Grace of God so go I? Most people in this country have tried marijuana, or something stronger.
This self righteous attitude by people whose drug offenses from their youth, if combined together would give them more time in prison than many murderers has to end.
For the record, the only drug I use habitually is caffeine, and I am an addict.
Norm Coleman didn’t turn out OK. Bad argument, dude.
The War on Drugs has had the same beneficial results as the War on Poverty, GWOT, etc… Similarly, it also shows the blatant hypocrisy the Goopers display regularly, knows no bounds!!!
There’s an old saying that followed a lot of DFHs around: He/She sure cleaned up nice.
Then there’s Norm.
Coleman gives short hair a bad name.
Thanks CTuttle! Hey egregious! Slainte, Trifecta!
The dangers of quitting weed.
I presume, anyway.
CTuttle @ 8
Sorry, but the War on Poverty actually did some good things (largely erased by Ronnie and pals). The War on Drugs and the War on Terror are (a) utter failures and (b) enormously profitable boondoggles.
Long Island is truly the center of the universe.
In his dissent from the recent Bong Hits 4 Jesus decision, Justice Stevens (the oldest justice on the court, and 3rd oldest of all time) drew upon his memory of the Prohibition era (and its immediate aftermath) to compare the alcohol fundies of yore with the Warrior on Drugs today.
Shorter Stevens: We all know how well prohibition worked out.
I bet Al Franken is a stealth dirty freaking hippie. At least I hope so.
Norm Coleman quit smoking pot when he decided to become a tool. At that point he moved on to the hard stuff: the lust for money and power. Don’t forget their prime directive: iokyar.
The fact that people are being imprisoned for simply possessing or-perish the thought-inhaling the smoke of a burning plant, without violating anyone’s rights in any way, is, to me, fundamentally irrational.
Thers @ 9
This Bong hit is for you, Thers! Kaff,Kaff!!! Some serious shit, Dude!!! ;-) (PS-I live in HI!)
Lex mala lex nulla
“A bad law is no law”.
Dana Rohrbacher(R-CA) is another one. The stories about his youth are legion and legendary.
But, he is all responsible and stuff now, other than backing the Taliban with some pretty crappy timing.
So he used to be nermal. What happened?
He forgot the part where you’ll have three-headed babies, kids
;>)
Of course, if you want mechanisms to control society, this works:
Take a widely-participated-in activity, like speeding, or, I don’t know, smoking weed. Make it illegal-but don’t enforce the law. This encourages the development of a large class of regular users-um, speeders-which can then be arrested and incarcerated at will, in whatever numbers the Powers desire.
Repeat as necessary.
darkblack @ 20
and don’t forget male sterility.
Look at Bob Marley, fer example…….. : )
Anyone know when the debate tonight at Howard University will be broadcast – here on the left coast it is still the News Hour – thought it would be live from DC at 9 PM Eastern. Meanwhile I’ll check PBS online just it case it might be available with a live feed.
Save some for Jesus!
Hope Watertiger is having the time of her life. I can’t wait to visit Australia and meet persiflage and petedownunder and their people!
dmac, if you’re still around check the end of the last thread please.

Sorry about how I handled your comment a couple months ago about our site. I might have mistakenly thought your…um…colorful language meant you were an unfriendly. Learning curve, possibly with positive slope.

RonD @ 21
Exactly.
Also can be thought of as punishment for the ThoughtCrime of disregarding Laws, thinking things like
fake “wars” against Terra and Drugs are great because the govt can keep arresting their subjects and ruining lives indefinitely – they learned their lesson from the Cold War, when the designated Enemy everyone had to frightened of folded up and withered away, and the naive thought maybe a Democratic administration would give us a ‘Peace Dividend’.
yeah right.
revdeb, i left you one at last thread at 86, so, did yousee it?????
a VERY short float-by posting from a seriously under the weather Spook:
Wacht Am Potomac Is Up!
Now for bed, with lots of painkillers. (bad fall today, no broken bones, but lots of aches and pains.)
dmac @ 33
yes, see my 89. and Thanks!
CTuttle @ 16
And believe me, them Island kine buds are PRIMO Bra!
Thank you kindly.
Alfred Kelgarries @ 34
Sorry to hear that AK. I’m still finding hope in your posting a week and a half ago.
Get better soon!
I think it is time to make the war on drugs an issue, Ask the Bush mis-administration why Afghanistan is having another record poppy crop while we and NATO are supposedly fighting a way against the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. Can’t they do anything right?
Meanwhile back on the home front Dallas is paying the price for this inept occupation of Afghanistan. Cheese heroin also known as starter heroin is a mixture of heroin and Tylenol PM and sells for two dollars a hit. It is marketed to middle schools and has taken it’s toll in both addiction and deaths.
Wiki has a good primer on these sad story and there was substantial coverage in the local media.
Um, is that to me? I have no memory of such an event, but perhaps I was “Tokin’ a Norm” and it just slipped by me…
Hey, Thers, you with the stars in your eyes…
Sorry, couldn’t resist.
All the best wishes for an impossibly fast recovery, Alfred K!
sporkovat @ 32
Considering we have the largest population of incarcerated individuals, in the world! With more than half of them being incarcerated for drug related offenses, it would behoove us to consider realistic alternatives to incarceration!
Hey, Thers! Damn, I was just over at your place reading about the new addition to your household and thinking what a great guy you are. Then I came back over here to see what’s up and, like, whoa, dude. You’re all, like, here and shit.
Marijuana legalization would, I fear, be too late for me, since I now abstain from all intoxicants. Still, it would be good for the rest of the nation, I suspect.
oddmommy @ 22
And…and…It leads to the ‘hard stuff’.
Yes, that’s right…the ‘hard stuff’.
Why, Jefferson and Washington would roll over in their graves if they could see these ‘flower children’ using ‘hemp’ in their daily lives, polluting America’s precious bodily fluids.
;>).
Alfred Kelgarries @ 34
Ouch! Aloha AK,I feel for Ya! Did you see my comment to you?
TRex @ 44
Thers isn’t so great. He’s just showing off by doing decent things.
Alfred Kelgarries @ 34
Aw, you poor guy. What did you fall from? Or did you trip over something?
Have you soaked in a hot bath? Good for injured tissues, leeches the lactic acid out of the hurt muscles.
Thers #40,
No longer should marijuana be weed, pot, etc,. It should henceforth be known, in all its forms, to all in the Cannibas Nation and allies as “Norm”. As in, per your example:
Smoking a Norm.
Rolling a Norm.
Packing a Norm.
etc.
I think that when you snuff the republican snuff, brain cells die.
Alfred, hope you feel better tomorrow. Good night.
Maybe Hawaii is the place I should visit! *g*

CTuttle,
But the privatization of prisons is a growth industry. There’s no way the Goopers are going to not promote that and keep those campaign $$ coming in.

The new addition… well, you know? She’s here, she’s queer, we’re getting used to it. What are you gonna do? She’s a good kid and she needs a place. Her om is a real piece of work, apparently.
Hello, RonD. Mom and dad taught you well, Ron. Where were you raised?

I’m having an aw shucks moment (blushes). Thanks. But seriously it’s a calling, not so much a choice. At least it feels that way.

Oh yes!
Not long after I got to the islands as a GI, my Chief put me up for Airman of the month for the squadron. In the next two weeks, I met with three different boards of senior enlisted (E-8s & 9s) for Airman of the Month, Squadron Airman of the Quarter and base Airman of the Quarter. About an hour before each of the boards, I shared a little puff puff pass with my friends. Relaxed me and focused the mind. I wound up winning all three awards. Then they told me to get a haircut as I didn’t look like THEIR ideas of an outstanding Airman…
Frank33 @ 59
Bonging a Norm for Jesus!!! *g*
Why thank you…Raised in central FL, Loo Hoo, and still there. Contemplating a future move. Somewhere a little less…paved.
Here in upstate NY there are whole towns with no other economy but the prisons. It’s one of the reasons upstate NY used to be solid GOP.
Moral: Outstanding Airman have no hair, man.
Duuuuudddde, suggestion for a subtitle
“Bonghits 4 Coleman”
Oh, and watertiger needs to watch out for these people [youtube. Watch it all the way through]
RonD @ 49
My vote goes to renaming when one takes an overly big bong hit, and coughs out all the smoke in an apoplectic display before one’s stupified friends at the party as a ‘Coleman’.
;>)
Ken Doll *is* the *shrimp* if you dare to venture a look…
somehow Forrest Gump never did bridge the culture gap on the topic of shrimp with those endearing Aussies.
Ohhhh, was there a debate?

See Thers! I saved a Norm for Jesus!!! :P
Watertiger is armed with a camera… …beware, Mel Gibson!
Thers @ 69
Mario Cuomo’s legacy…
I used to live in Rome, NY and Oneida County has iirc, 5 correctional facilities. My old phone number was at one time the number for Oneida. After I had had the number for over two years, I discovered the central state switchboard in albany was still giving it out as Oneida’s number. Turns out the law enforcement directory that Verizon published also had it wrong so I received wrong numbers for the entire time I lived up there.
darkblack @ 56
Hey, DB! Tonight’s Late Nite features one of your images. You should come by!

Well, I did have little bit back then. But they also didn’t like my ’stache either. AF regs meant Hitler style and I was always pushing the boundaries on that one.

In any case GW wins.
Just my opinion?

Brilliant. Your next photo?

Funny, though, I hardly ever see marijuana called a “gateway drug” anymore. I wonder if the Cow-Box Computer people got that nickname stamped out.

My only encounter with Norm Coleman came years ago when he was mayor of St Paul. It was at an outdoor concert by NRBQ in downtown St Paul and Coleman showed up and worked his way through the crowd. It’s the only time I ever shook hands with someone and immediately felt the need for a disinfecting shower.
Still can’t believe he managed to get elected senator here.
LooHoo,
I’m registered and have a room reserved. The rest depends on my house hunting dilemma. I’m supposed to be moved to PA by mid-August. Oy.
CTuttle @ 58
… something about a Marley LoveFest in Feb. ‘09, IIRC !!! *g*
I don’t know if anyone watched the PBS/Howard University debate, which is ending now, but it was the best debate yet. Excellent and polite moderation, thoughtful and intelligent questioners, and a lively enthusiastic audience.
Although Mike Gravel just used his last 15 seconds to say that no one else on the stage has any moral judgment. He did get hollered at for that, though!
dakine01 @ 78
I’ve had similar experiences with my ’stache too, I’ve had it cut off twice; 1)Basic/AIT and 2) When a Command Sergeant Major watched me shave it off, He wanted to do it himself! Those were my only hirsute moments!
I should hope the Savior will be mellow at the time of the second coming…
would love to go, but highly unlikely for me.

Yes, I am going. I had to borrow some money from a friend to make it happen, but I will be there.
Can’t wait.

As a medical marijuana user, I am glad to live in Canada where we have a more liberal attitude towards pot. It’s shameful that Americans in need are denied a safe effective drug and forced to look to big pharma for an often inferior alternative.
Anyone know what the purpose of “poke” is on FB?
Loo Hoo @ 87
Registered, still have to book a room and flight. My Maureen (wife) started new employment and we are still working on details. She will probably be working that weekend.
I will probably host a crash pad, providing it doesn’t become a trash pad. Sleep my pretties, sleep.
dakine, you must have a hell of a long mustache. 25 years with no cuts? Did I read that correctly?
Petrocelli @ 109
No Worry, about a thang…, and I’ll get you Lei’d!!! ;-)
CTuttle @ 118

No problem. Hasselhoff wasn’t built in day.
Loo Hoo. @ 108
Gravel needs to be kept out; his insult at the end (saying that none of the others on the stage have any “moral judgment”) was disqualifying.
Hillary sounded hoarse, like she has a cold. Biden was slow on the uptake; Richardson answers every question with a resume-response. Obama was a little laid-back, not wound-up and stump-y as I expected him to be. Kucinich clearly pisses them off, but the crowd loved him — coupla shots of Maxine Waters applauding him, as when he said he’d revoke NAFTA on his first day in the Oval.
The moderator and questioners were serious and thoughtful.
The crowd was lively and enthusiastic.
Edwards won, of course. *g*
The Kenosha Kid @ 11
It certainly thinks so.
Then again, I was born there so it has that going for it.
Loo Hoo. @ 117
Not really. I comb it and brush it each day after showering. It kinda self trims to an extent. You can see my picture on Facebook. The picture there is from last January (06), so it hasn’t changed much…Actually, about the only change in twenty plus years has been just getting grayer.
Edwards is starting to really win me over.
TRex @ 124
I 2nd that emotion.
TeddySanFran @ 121
Will Edwards(substance) defeat Hill/Obama(style)?
Did Edwards look “Presidential” ?
Petrocelli @ 126
If ever there was a time to vote for a “First Lady”, this is it. I’m Al/Tipper, but Elizabeth Edwards is a champ.

boing boing one and a half somersaults splat splash
g’evening everyone
newtonusr @ 127
I wholly agree with you, Liz Edwards is my idea of a perfect woman … I would still bet on Gore running, though.
Tipper and RGJoe are the two reasons I’m unsure about Al Gore, to tell you the truth. Picking people is important in a President (haven’t we learned that along with many other lessons from W!!) and I’m not wild about the people he picked. She’s a bluenose and so is Lieberman. Too much interest in regulating and monitoring other people’s behavior for my taste.
Happy to be for Edwards…I am so angry at Obama about this that I’ve almost ruled him out. And that sucks.
hi Suz!
*poof*
since i’m up briefly putting dad to bed, I of course was drawn to the womb roomb and saw this from the clements memorandum submitted by fred fielding in his “fuck you very much” refusal to honor the purgegate subpoenas for internal white house emails:
Among other things, these communications discuss the wisdom of such a proposal [the firing of U.S. attorneys in order to further political prosecutions], specific U.S. Attorneys who could be removed, potential replacement candidates, and possible responses to congressional and media inquiries about the dismissals.
It appears here that the Bush Administration/Cheney Administration are ADMITTING that emails discussing how to implement “political prosecutions” are in the withheld batch. Problem is, that is a big time felony. now what?
Oh, and in case you thought Kafka was made up, go read Scott Horton’s piece I “borrowed” (stole) the above quote from. It’s surreal.
Have now been ambushed by grandaughter, being led away in ignominy to my bed. yes, yes, yes, I’m coming, put down that water pistol!
America has millions of pot smokers and most of em get through their smokin careers without serious fear of prosecution. Most of the bullshit is pure politics.
Suzanne @ 131
Ouch Suz, that’s gonna leave a mark ;-)
First I get it from my granddaughter’s water pistol, and then from backsplash from Suzanne. Life just ain’t fair, folks! :> (poof)
Hey Teddy, LL. Yeah (sigh) I know.
TeddySanFran @ 133
Re. Tipper … do you mean the Twisted Sister fiasco – “We’re Not Gonna Take It” ?
I don’t remember the entire debacle, being in Toronto an’ all, but I think rating music is very important, like rating T.V. shows and movies.
yew guys are KILLIN’ this proper suburban matriarch with this herbin’ talk
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYTQcVeoiyA
TeddySanFran @ 133
I remember the Tipper fight with Stern and all that. IMBW, but didn’t she advocate for labeling adult material “Adult”, but never advocate censorship?
And comparing her to RGJoe… he wanted “Friends” moved to later ’cause he was offended by Jen’s boobs.
Apparently there’s not much movement in the dem primary. The only upward momentum is Richardson- and only in Iowa and New Hampshire. Apparently he’s spending there and it’s payin off.
I have a neighbor who does “test marketing” buyin a few commercials for direct buy goods and seein if he can make the phone ring. If he gets above a certain threshold- It’s “go for it ”
Looks as if Richardson’s test marketing is payin off.
The view here is I know a lot more about Mr. Lieberman than I did back in 1999-2000. I voted for Gore/Lieberman. I would certainly not do that now. Voting for Lieberman back then was my mistake. Mr.Gore might realize that choosing Lieberman as his running mate back then, was his mistake.
I support Gore for president.
TeddySanFran @ 133
Yes, I agree. Lieberman can’t have entirely changed stripes since 2000.
I like Richardson and Kucinich also.
Some time I’ll have to tell you guys about the time my brother verbally smacked down Tipper Gore so hard that he left her speechless at a town hall forum about the PMRC. It took her several minutes to recover. I was soooooooo proud of him.
TeddySanFran @ 121
I too liked Edwards. Dodd too sounded good. I agree about Gravel. If he is willing to share a stage with the other candidates for an hour, it comes across as mighty strange that he would find them all so morally vacuous. Maybe he had a flashback and thought he was at one of the Republican debates.
I still prefer Edwards, Dodd, and Richardson. I don’t need a star (Obama) or a polished pol (Hillary) for President. I want someone who can see problems and fix them, not speechify or triangulate them.
TRex @ 148
Speaking of PF, how’s the road treating him?
I haven’t called him yet, but I noticed he’s cranked up the ol’ Wasuvi machine again.
I’m not excited about Gore- Clinton put him on the ticket cause he was a southern conservative. He was an appalingly bad campaigner last time around. If he’s the candidate- I’ll support him strongly- but if he wants ta take on the big dogs- then let him get his ass out there and take a chance.
So, in the spirit of the topic, anyone think any of the Dems would support legalization?
When was the last time that Homeland Security made a big drug bust coming in this country? Oh, that’s right, only the users get busted.
I support public financing of elections and limiting the president to one six year term.
“Edwards, Dodd, and Richardson”- Yep I like em all. Wish Edwards would stick his head out a little further and take some chances- but it’s early.
rwcole: I think Gore is holding back watching all the contestants self-implode.
rwcole @ 137
fixed that for ya, rw
Ron- Well maybe Kucinich- cause he knows he’ll never run in the general election. Any of the others would be nuts to take that stand.
You know, I’m not sure. I am planning to call him when I get off work tonight.
RonD @ 152
I believe Richardson signed a medical M. bill but that’s about it so far as I’m aware…
Teddy–Yeah- that may be the case- I’m not an expert.
BTW Deborah Platt Majoras head of the FTC says beware of net neutrality.

Suzanne @ 131
Suzanne you got me wet! Oh no, maybe that is just the rain storms.
cc
Yeah- well if he waits much longer he’s gonna miss the bus. Does he expect an engraved invitation?
rw, I truly believe that if Carter had been re-elected in ‘80, legalization would have happened…but I agree with you on the here-and-now.
rwcole @ 151
Gore ran a safe campaign and had the election stolen from him. End of story.
RonD @ 152
I think Elizabeth will talk John into at least medical legalization, in the same way I believe she and Cate will talk him into gay marriage.
(Although not gay marriage with me *sigh!*)
We’d be more likely to see legalization from the libertarian wing of the gooper party- but libertarians don’t know whether to shit or go blind currently.

I concur, he doesn’t need to enter before November, ‘08.
I’d love for him to announce just before Thanksgiving and pick up his Nobel in early December.
RonD @ 152
How’s about decriminalization? That should be a no brainer. Legalization would make more sense so that it could be regulated and taxed, but why do anything that makes sense?
I’d like to see a westerner- or at least a midwesterner for a change. I’m sick of funny drawls.

If Gore gets in the race, (maybe announcing his candidacy in his Nobel speech?) he gets my support-but failing that, for me its
John Edwards/Wesley Clark.
More likely to see tobacco Illegalized than pot legalized. There’s somethin in humans that makes em want to make people do what they think is good for em. Motorcyle helmets.

Elect a Canuck … we’ll give ya free beers and back bacon, eh !!! *g*

That’d be refreshing. There’s a lot to like about how Canada is run. It’s just too friggin cold.
Loo Hoo, I’d be thrilled with decriminalization, if it means we stop locking people up for possessing a plant.
Ah, yes. Norm “Pay No Attention To The Blonde Behind The Curtain” Coleman. To call him a tool is almost insulting to tools.
Hi PW!
Phoenix Woman @ 178
Really. Most tools are, in fact useful.
Coleman, eh, not so much.

I hope the Orange Jumpsuit lessened the Redness!!! Bon Soir, Ma Cheri!
RonD @ 177
The Police in Canada were in favor of decriminalization for “personal” amounts of weed … dealers still go to jail.
Petro– I think it’s abooot the same here.

Lies … all lies … hurriedly scattering Coffee grounds around … *g*
Ya’ll know that TRex is upstairs, doncha?
Petro—Neocons that is.
RonD @ 177
The truth is, alcohol causes more violence and deaths than weed.
rwcole @ 188
Yep … understood …

And most Americans!!! *g* (However, there’s a large contingent of ex-Canucks residing in the Isles)
RonD: I’m taking my mom to Tampa for the weekend.
hmmm. I don’t recall abby hoffman, frank zappa or for that matter legendary Detroit rockers MC5 referring to themselves as the bobby sox 50’s generation.
sounds like an unintentional parody of a poseur by a fraud.
yeah. that’s it.
Huh–what a coincidence. I had just been reading on the Ayahuasca forums, and so when I saw the title, I thought you were referring to the book Antipodes of the Mind, by Benny Shannon.
But the thread still was about drug experience.
I liked this post Thers, that photo of Norm in the day is precious, I added it to the hypocrisy collage I have been working on. I had a perfect spot between Ted Haggard and tRudy911. Thanks for the inspiration!

If ‘drug-inducing speech’ is banned, then please define ‘drug-inducing speech’. I have a feeling that politician’s speeches induce lots of pot smoking, so do we have to ban that? And, if there actually is such a thing as ‘drug-inducing speech’, then why haven’t Cheech & Chong done a movie using it? Huuuuuh?
I defy anyone to provide examples which really do induce someone to use pot or any other drugs.
SCOTUS is quickly becoming SCROTUS.
