When are the Cheney impeachment hearings to begin?

This is the first time in American history that we should have “twofer” and hold the impeachment hearings for both Bush and Cheney simultaneously. It’ll make history. And it’ll get both of their lying, scummy asses out of OUR White House at the same time.

To put it simply, if our nation’s founders had wanted a “unitary executive,” then they’d have switched positions of Article II and Article I at the beginning of the U.S. Constitution.

The Republican Party, once the party of Lincoln, has now become a party of traitors, subverting and sabotaging everything that our nation holds dear, in a blatant, almost Communist-like grab for power and a dreamed-of quest for perpetual Republican one-party-rule. Warped. Twisted. Insane. And very, very dangerous for our democracy today, as well as the future of our democracy and the future of nation’s children.

These are stupid notions.

gonzales isn’t some unfortunate mistake that slipped through the screening process. gonzales was installed as head of DOJ by bush and the republican congress specifically because of his partisan hackery; because he would faithfully execute the plan to use the DOJ not for fighting crime, but as a weapon against political opponents, and for retaining and growing cult of republicanism infestation of the government. That gonzales has been imminently successful at his mission is exactly why he is still in charge of DOJ.
