Typically he’d get 30 days or so (someone else said 6-8 weeks) to get his affairs in order. During that period he would be under some parole-like conditions, like maybe he’d have to meet with a supervising officer once a week to show that he hadn’t fled the country or something like that. It certainly is moot. Does anyone see ANY charges against anyone by the govt? No.

That’s my beef with this whole thing. A libby conviction is nothing without a prosecution of the culprits.
