Lawyers usually go to college for four years, and to law school for three years. Therefore, most who go straight through are at least 25 years old when they take the bar exam.
In Virginia, recent law graduates take the bar exam in July, and learn whether or not they passed in November. Monica went to law school for four years, for reasons that are unknown. Monica spent a year at American, and then another three years at Regent. She was 26 when she passed the Virginia bar exam in November 1999. (Unlike the MAJORITY of her classmates at Regent, Monica apparently passed the Va. State bar exam on the first try.) So she had AT MOST most four or five years experience, and NO trial or prosecutorial experience, when she was hired by the Justice Department at the ripe old age of 31 to oversee all hiring and firing in DOJ, bypassing regular personnel practices and repeatedly violating the Hatch Act. Four or five years is a real newby in the practice of law, particularly for someone who has no relevant prosecutorial experience. Such a person is utterly unfit to judge the far more experienced and qualified individuals who hold important positions in the DOJ and U.S. Attorney’s Offices.

God ordained the United States with a special purpose, and guides it daily.

You may agree or disagree with these statements, but I have heard them all at one time or another from Regent students or graduates.
You should check out the religious pledge that Regent students take, and figure out for yourself if that is an appropriate pre-condition to hold public office.

The French president rides horses, our doesn’t. Go figure. Bush doesn’t ride horses. He’s afraid of them, or they of him, or something. Did the MSM ever pick up on the Texas Ranch without horses thing. Of course not. I expect they will soon, Mocking Bush is becoming popular at an astounding rate.

I predict that the ‘ranch’ will be abandoned by him right after he leaves office and then sold off after some decent interval.

BTW, with all the attention paid to Monica’s attending Regent University Law School, nobody’s mentioned where she did her undergrad work. Now it may be a very fine school for all I know, but a name like Messiah College suggests things about their opinion on a whoooole lot of subjects.
