I know Joe isn’t due to face the voters again until 2012, but how about a fund to help get rid of him by reminding the idiots of CT who voted for Joe last Nov, what a real piece of crap he is on a constant basis. Have 30 second or 60 ad’s come out once a month, starting with Joe’s words and remind the voters what those words really mean. Show him constantly shilling for Bush and use his own filthy words and actions against him. Have these ads on all the way up to the next election, so that Joe can’t lie his way through again in 2012 and as a permanent warning to the Zell Miller types that they can’t get away with this anymore. I’d be more than happy to kick in money to this on an ongoing basis. He’s constantly thumbing his nose at progressives and I think it’s time we slice it off and hand it to him.

fahrender – I like Feingold a whole lot and he’d be great if Edwards momentum grows yet somewhere in my dim memory I thought the CW was his divorced status coupled with being Jewish would doom him. Not that he isn’t qualified – fearless, smart, fine record and all that good stuff….a true progressive democrat.

but can lieberman really handle running for vp again? I figure it’s a “3rd party” mccain/lieberman ticket now …

MSM will need new wider angle lens for old VP candidate Jowls McBloviate.. with McCain in the ring one can’t rule it out. imo

I would love to see that ticket. Sure death for the republicans. In fact, perhaps we should start a fund to draft them.

Lieberman and McCain will split votes from BOTH Dem’s and Pub’s . . . which will SERIOUSLY narrow the gap and the ‘disenfrinchisement’ America is working up to against the GOP . . . . it’s a Nader Dream for GOP. Bad, bad juju . . . . not to be encouraged.

I’ll defend Senator Joe’s right to just give it another FU. to the death. After all if he just said:

“General Petraeus says he will be able to see whether his plan is succeeding by the end of the summer. Let us declare a truce in the Washington war until then. For the next six months, let us instead come together around a constructive legislative agenda for our security. The last six months cost only 445 American combat deaths, and 2815 wounded. Surely, that’s a small price to stop all this disastrous criticism of our President and his splendid war for 6 months.”

It’s the Israelis who are the troublemakers — so it is they who should be moving. I wondered earlier about the money to buy, after they have given back our trillions of loans, and Jay straightened me right up: they should be like P(OT)US and borrow it from China!

Sky’s the limit; since they are so good at ‘de facto’, perhaps they should just hand over the geld and render the de facto ownership of NYC de jure, then they could shove out the NYers having learnt how to do that sort of thing with the Palestinians.
