As for Susan Collins, I was hoping she’d see the handwriting on the wall and switch to the Dems. She may not have much time left before it’s “no deal time.”

I don’t think she’d switch parties. I think she’s an old-fashioned NorthEastern Republican ideologically and professionally. It’s a shame really.
