To answer your question about Val being covert, Fitz did confirm it today. In reality, there would never have been a case referred to the DoJ from the CIA if she had not been. The wingnuts keep spreading nonsense that she was a desk jockey. It is pure nonsense. Joe Wilson also confirmed it today.
