According to this site, it’s “mos non subsisto sermo” (actually, that’s Latin for will not stop talking”, as “won’t shut the fuck up” is difficult to translate in all its literal glory).

Ack! That is some very bad and incorrect Latin. At # 61, I offered “garrulus,” “dicax,” and “loquax” above (diminutives: dicaculus and loquaculus). I know this thread is basically concluded, but just can’t leave something like that “mos” dangling from there. The rest would be almost okay, but “mos” cannot just be added to a phrase. Must find out more about that Latin translation site….There may very well be some nearly perfect Latin phrase for “won’t shut the fuck up,” but it’ll take me a few days to find it. (The Romans had a lot more interesting things to say than people think.)
