But there’s one thing I do not understand.

And I must confess that I did a lot of skimming b/c those jury instruction discussions were really tedious. But at one point in my reading of EW’s post, it sounded like Fitz allowed Defense to concede that Libby didn’t know her status was classified. Now I know that he is charged with perjury here and not the IIPA but I thought that if convicted of perjury, Fitz could go after Libby for the core charges.
