If Cheney does testify, based on what we’ve heard so far from evidence and testimony, wouldn’t he likely have to plead to avoid self-incrimination?

Is it possible that the Cheney testimony is a defense tactic to create the opportunity for a mistrial or for jury nullification?

Until a few days ago, that office was best known as not being worth a bucket of warm piss. Surely Fitzgerald is not going to be awed by the Cheney-Addington theory that the Vice President is all-powerful and accountable to no one.

I pray you are both right because the country needs to know the full weight and repercussions of this corrupt administration. And because,with what time they have left, this same administration is racing to Iran.
