I don’t go unloved; I just find Valentine’s Day a bit mean to us singles. I love my two cats; but, don’t give them Valentines. If it isn’t food, they aren’t interested. I have a very dysfunctional family including a twin sister. I used to send cards for all occasions to all of them. Never got one back. When I came down with a chronic illness, work a full-time job, and have no car which makes transportation difficult, I stopped sending cards. One site I came across last night shortly after being here had this headline: ALONE on valentines day? 7 tips for surviving.</p> <p>That’s what I resent that people think I have to survive it.
