Am proud to say I was one of the earliest posters to FDL, way back, and have been lurking in all the many months since then. Never tried a “Fitz!” before though, it must have been the glass of Merlot. But thanks for the welcome anyway, Hotflash, it’s fun to be actively participating again in this group of well-informed Plameologists.

Am enjoying the tesimony of such high-level figures squirming under oath, runnig the risks of perjuring themselves, and getting to the truth. And am really looking forward to Fluscher’s testimony. :)

It’s completely amazing to me that Wilson himself has even visited! This place so very, very cool and your attitude just adds to that. Thanks.

Both men are from the Tweety bird family there are alot of cartoons idiot birds flying around Washington these days. Look up in the sky it’s a cloud it’s a plane it’s the tweety birds in flight to spread the lies/blame/spin for the Snakes in the White House.

You know, I’ve never really understood why we call Chris Matthews “Tweety” when Fox News pundit John Gibson so much more clearly resembles the canary in question.

Now I feel old. I was arround when this all started… Way back when (probably 2000 or 2001) a website was created called MediaWhoresOnline. They tracked all the conservative pundits and general right-wing losers in the news. One of their early discoveries was the fact that Chris Matthews dyes his hair. Not only dyes his hair, but used a color called “Canary Yellow”. From then on, the name Tweety was applied to Chris because Tweety was a Canary.

What a week here on this blog. I’m catching everythng afterwards, reading at night till my eyes blear out. The quality of information, the intelligence of the commentary – wow. I can’t help comparing this to the black hole of misinformation and no information of two years ago. I tried fruitlessly to google information on the Ohio election. Silence. Googled the Cia leak. Hardly anything. Thank god I stumbled on to Jane at Huffpo, followed her here. Where there was complete darkness, silence, Jane and Christy have trained a BIG ASS SPOTLIGHT. Cheney must curse them on a daily basis.
