Just a coincidence that this is out after the hearing?
The Pentagon has drafted a manual for upcoming detainee trials that would allow suspected terrorists to be convicted on hearsay evidence and coerced testimony and imprisoned or put to death.

pretty sick what has become of America due to the actions of one president.

Listening to Whitehouse, he was working like a prosecutor, asking about expectation of witnesses and of their answers. He also asked him if he/Justice advised members of the Administration on these subjects.
He sounded to me like he was trying to elicit a statement from him that wasn’t the truth or that, maybe, Gonzalez was suborning perjury…and was leading up to a Perry Mason moment, but no money shot.
