It is that there is no way to get to a political settlement when none of the parties want one and there is no credible threat of force to make them do it. Younger egrDaughter didn’t get that for a long time because others in the family are up there and she went to a gifted/talented school. One little glimpse when she breezed thru the first week of computer programming in about a day and wondered why everyone else was struggling. Then in [my old] college she got way better grades than I did. The little light started to go on. Gee, maybe I’m smarter than…mom???
