if one considers that federal prosecutors have numerous “pioneers” and “congresscons” singing the hail mama’s all day and all night mary ann

and that each of the federal prosecutors are linked to other federal prosecutors that have information different, but perhaps similar…..

and that they might talk to each other if they have reason to believe one of their “persons of interest” may have had something to do with another “person or persons of interest”

and that in several weeks there will be no reason to hold back on trying to expose truth that is highly regarded as “damaging” to numerous “felons” and future “felons” currently residing in and about cushy government jobs.

and that the likelihood of anyone in the executive offering up pardons may diminish like the snowcaps in summer…

and that some of these now and future “felons” are paying a lot of money, campaign funds and private bank accounts, to “lawyer up” for the upcoming “inquisition” that they believe people that just don’t like them are going to begin at a point in, january?

and that before february, 100 people will be targeted for acts against the people of this country, ie; the FDA, FCC HS, FBI, CIA, GAO, Pen-ta-gon…… you get the picture

we are going to have some fun watching this. I begin to wonder if the justice department is willing to do what it’s mandate requires? For it has been a quiet entity under an AG that has admitted to criminal acts……

will they start by arresting Abu?

Margot @ 89 -

I believe Cheney and Libby both finally filed their motions to dismiss the Plame/Wilson civil suit today, or this week. That’s an expected development, and will be the biggest hurdle for the Wilsons to overcome, which has been known.

2nd. I’m not a lawyer yet, but my CivPro professor wants you to know that a pre-trial motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim is pretty standard in all federal lawsuits, even when the defendant is dirty as hell and doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

How odd is it that every time I watch a movie some post about it ends up here? A day after I re-watched Brazil a post showed up on this site, and earlier today when I watch Casablanca I come here to see Captain Renault’s face.

Movies: One of the most powerful carriers of the collective unconscious;-) Besides, you seem to be picking real zeitgeist subject matter, no?

“…Mr. Armitage (who was no White House ally)…”

- Statement by Ted Wells in a Motion Response for Libby, 11/13/06

practically rhymes with “no partisan gunslinger,” doesn’t it? The workman’s cut-and-paste shop is still open for business.
