Oh lordy, this is the best night that I’ve had in many years! Now with subpoena powers we can expose and bring so many things to light.

It wasn’t much but I’ve done all I could to fight the evil neo-cons for the future of my children, and my country, and because I know that when I grow old and close to death….well, I cannot bear the thought of looking at myself in the mirror and knowing that I did not stand up to such evil.

And this is just a start, now we have some leverage AND now is when the real battle begins. I’m ready! Everybody ready! Set! Go! Booyah!!!!!!!

If we had to lose just one, this would be the one I’d be happiest to lose :)

Why? Roskam is SOOOOOOOO conservative. He probably wants to implant snowflake embryos involuntarily into all Illinois women.

This is the first election I can recall that ends with me feeling pretty satisfied (if emotionally drained)—and I began in ‘72 with McGovern. Thanks all … a lot of useless illusions finally died tonight.

New work starts tomorrow.

Ed Rollins said on tonite’s Charlie Rose: “What this election shows is that Karl Rove doesn’t know how to read polls.”

He also said it shows that contrary to what a lot of pundits are saying, Hillary Clinton CAN win the presidency. She can win the states that Kerry and Gore won, plus as of tonite there are several more blue states.

Then David Brooks said this election was good for John McCain. [Um, McCain is wedded to “stay the course”, and voters weren’t. David.]

I’ll never EVER vote for Hilary Clinton. I’ll vote green. She is pro-war. So She and her asshole husband deserve to be purged form the party.
