Thanks for your input! My class is a grad class of piano teachers this semester – and don’t plan to do much with them (other than what I might put on my bulletin board inside. But I am allowed to post anything I want in my studio -) and I have people I interact with that are outside of school that I would like to have something to give to them.

I only have the next three days to do these things where my students would read them (Thus my message of ‘only a few hours’; Actually, that’s it!)

Here’s a candidate profile:

1.Opposes a woman’s right to choose;
2. favors prayer in public schools;
3. In favor of a constitutional amendment barring gay marriage;
4. voted for the war;
5. voted for the bankruptcy “reform” act;
6. opposes gun control;
7. voted for the president’s torture bill;
7. voted for the president’s illegal surveillance bill;
8. describes himself as a “Jesus lover;”

Is “Blue Dog” another way of saying hypocrite?

This is the problem with the Kos strategy that seems to have such a following among the leading “liberal” Blogs. For instance, in my district the Democratic candidate was running on repealing the “Death Tax.”
Think about it, once these very conservative “Democrats” get elected the return rate is about 97%. Republicans must find this hilarious. We are spending time and money to elect what in any other era would be moderate Republicans as “Democrats.”
The whole thing is a farce. I will vote for the Democrat not because I believe in what they stand for but only because it is the only logical “choice.”
This strategy of electing any politician with a D behind their name is insane.

They haven’t figured out yet that we are not a bunch of kooky kids or radical extremists.

We are the upwardly mobile, highly wired, well-read voter with a greater propensity towards disposable income; we are the target market they dream of in their corporate-cocooned sleep, the market segment they mourn as they look at television’s missing demographics.

And we have the power to kick their collective asses.
