Charlie Cook has a piece up at MSNBC that suggests dems will pick up 27 house seats or so unless there’s a major change between now and election day.

Charlie’s very careful- so that’s a pretty fat number for him to be throwin around. Anything close to that will swamp the good ship gooper and leave em gnawing on the drying flesh speckled bones of the casualties and picking survivors off to provide food for the winter.

We could be about to see the biggest gooper eats gooper demonstration in history.

Charlie’s a pessimist. I’m in for 6 and 28.

But… Correcting a story is good. Getting the story right the first time is better.

It is, but as long as there are deadlines and other priorities in journalism, there will always be mistakes.

Yes, mistakes happen, its part of life. But one’s actions should show that we do our best to minimize them.

Absolutely. The Spotlight Project works hard to protect the reporters contact info as well as the people who use it.

Jane’s post has been Spotlighted 11 times (as I type this), so Jenny has probably responded to multiple people. And paraphrasing - I can neither confirm nor deny who’s email Jenny responded to. :-)

I personally like Sharpton and am very grateful for the work he did for Lamont during the primaries.

I was just shocked at the visceral dislike even extremely liberal folks like my sister & her husband have for Sharpton.

I agree - at least he has the courage of his convictions.

I am beyond disgusted at the Dem party.
