The other two have nice sound bites, but that’s pretty much it. Even though I’m a conservative, I’d choose a moderate who’ll stand firm against radical Islam over even a republican who hasn’t proven much. I’d certainly choose Lieberman over a wishy-washy Democrat who fails to acknowledge that radical Islamists are enemies that we’ll be defending against for the next few decades.</p> Of the three candidates running, Lieberman is the only who has a proven record of supporting a strong national security policy. OPEC may be “cutting” production because they have no other choice because their oil fields are entering depletion and they can’t keep their oil production up. The US did the same thing when it peaked in 1971: “voluntary” production cuts.
