I live in Asheville but just heard about you today from Mark Hufford, the DNC’s WNC organizer who accompanied you on your recent tour. Mark was down here to do a canvass with us for our sheriff candidate and our NC House candidate.

Mark had great things to say about you and your campaign. Thank you for running and I’ll find some $ to chip in too.

By the way, Shez, I don’t think I’ve had an opportunity to tell you this before, but in my book, your comments are consistently solid gold. I deeply appreciate your thinking and writing.

Yep. Wish I could get away with wearing it to work. My son says he can wear it to school, so I might just make him one.

Well well well, isn’t that interesting. This is exactly why this whole mess all week has pissed me off, while we have to concentrate on protecting America and our children from blatant propaganda tons of important things are being marginalized that we could be covering more in depth. On the other hand it is putting the facts of 9-11 out there to be scrutinized with a fine tooth comb that is much needed.

Well, it seems to me like the work is being divied up…lawyers doing their thing, citizen journalists doing theirs, tax people doing theirs..and the rest of us doing what we can, according to our talents and resources. Maybe I’m just too optimistic.
