Why? Well, PT9-11 asserts that Clinton was distracted by a sex scandal.</p> <p>Folks, the portrayed Clinton misfires never actually happened — and the 9/11 report specifically said that Clinton was undistracted by the GOP’s ‘Presidential Pervert Detection Project’ of 1998 [my term not theirs].
