Thanks for posting that pic, Christy. The guys who rented the snow cone machine and snapped the pic on Friday were working by my side at the Greenwich office on Sunday. They were thrilled to see your post.

Peace.

Forgive me if I’ve missed the answer to this somewhere else, as I don’t have the luxury of reading all that’s posted on this site. But I just can’t resist asking:

Could one of the reasons Joe isn’t talking about what happens after the primary, be due to a failure to collect enough signatures for an independent run?

I’m just one simple person trying to toss around all the pro’s and con’ of this Ct.
primary and as much as respect Senator Lieberman Ive come to the conclusion(yes I’m not to swift)that our country needs a real change in government.A Ned Lamont victory
would send a very powerful message to 1600
Pa. ave.and could be the beginning of a return
of our government to sanity.
Thank you John Casper
Hope this does not sound like on my box in Washington Square!

Great picture, thank you. I know this happens every day, though more rare than the hate across lines - but its great to see it and hope for more.

John Casper @
135

From Isaiah 49:
“14: But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, my Lord has forgotten me.”
15: “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you.”
Don’t know you well enough egregious to say more. If you begin to envision scenarios where you may do harm to yourself in some way, imo, that’s a trigger to ask for help from someone over there.
Prayers and thoughts are with you.

err - my inner fool may be rushing in where the wise angels fear to tread (esp as I can’t discern what this comment refers to)…

but egregious, I’m here if I may be of help - my email is kmurphy (the usual) riseup (punctuate) net.

so many great folks have emotional “crashes” after successful actions - and that’s just the ones without mood disorders….

all sorts of tools can and do help folks through those downs….

if you are in that sad dark place, hope you remember the joy of the recent triumph - even if the joy can’t be felt now.

good luck….

Cosmo @ 61
I wonder if Ned wins we will see any shift from politicians in who they choose to run their campaigns. As I understand it, Ned has gone way outside the beltway and I don’t think anyone could argue the fact that they have been hugely effective, particularly the ads. Easy to see why the usual consultants are nervous about Lamont winning.
Presnit @ 72 OK, that totally cracked me up.
Guys, that appearance by Jerkstein was pre-recorded. Sorry, but I can’t find where I read it.

In terms of Iraq, Joe has Karl’s talking points down and simply adds a mild twist. The garbage that he’d said anything critical is new to me! When did you call for Rummy’s resignation?

Joe has the stones to talk about Ned being a camellian? Also, for him to compare himself to Truman is also disgusting. Senator, you’re no Harry Truman!

Watching that Bus in the end of the interview, I wonder if he can use it to ride off into retirement? Put a Washer/Dryer in the thing, a shower, a Queen Side Bed, etc and it would be a nice vehicle for him and Hadassa to ride back and forth to Florida as alot of Retired Folks do (like my dad). Of course, being a Working Man all his life, my dad doesn’t have the money for a converted Prevost Bus!

Do what you can in the next 2 days to help Ned. What a wonderful man he is, the staff that I meet are positive, energetic and appreciate the effort.
