The black vote and the latino vote are Pro-family and most are pro-life so where will the party be 5 years from now.

What you guys need are ideas and plans…not more of the “Conservative bad..wer’re good”.. Heck most of you probably don’t pay taxes so you are not perterved that your tax dollars go to support the UN and proxy terrorist organizations like that huh.

This was exactly my thought. That shows clearly that his work is shoddy at best and lazy. We need leaders and representatives that can see the forest for the trees and know how to ask the right questions and when. This was a prime example of the “go along with the Republicans” mode of operation that progressives resent most about Joe. We’re looking for better.

A draft Bush administration plan for special military courts seeks to expand the reach and authority of such “commissions” to include trials, for the first time, of people who are not members of al-Qaeda or the Taliban and are not directly involved in acts of international terrorism, according to officials familiar with the proposal.

The plan, which would replace a military trial system ruled illegal by the Supreme Court in June, would also allow the secretary of defense to add crimes at will to those under the military court’s jurisdiction. The two provisions would be likely to put more individuals than previously expected before military juries, officials and independent experts said.

Worst of all, the DefSec is the one who decides what’s a “crime” in this scheme.

The whole thing is outrageous and unAmerican, but the current DefSec is, um, BFN.
