I’ll have to try the Rock Rose for sleep. I do use Bach Rescue Remedy when I have a hell day at work…the kind when one eye starts twitching out of control!
Watching Lieberman who has been in office for decades run such a dumb campaign has been fascinating. Then there are the Coulter, Gibson & many other wingnut meltdowns that seem to be occurring more frequently or is that my imagination? There’s something happening here that makes me feel encouraged. A spoiled kid only has to use the occasional tantrum to keep things going his way but if someone seriously calls him on his behavior will escalate to the on-the-floor kicking & screaming strategy.
Some friends & I independently had the same thought after seeing Ann on the Today Show defending her harpie remarks. We thought she had that sweaty, hungover look & needed the greasy burger, fries, cola & long nap cure.

Fin 126 and other insomnia victims:

For the mind-racing and worrying kinds of insomnia, Rock Rose works for me. It’s a Bach Flower Essence from your health food store, and it’s good for any kind of anxiety, such as car sickness in dogs and thunderstorm anxiety.

For the heaviest-duty insomnia, my recipe is one-half bottle of Brown Ale, two Calmes Forte tablets, and four drops of Rock Rose. If I am awakened shortly after falling asleep from this, one Benadryl will send me back to dreamland.

There’s no hangover or blahs from this the next day, unless Benadryl does that to you anyway.

I had some serious and disturbing disruptions in my life for a while there, and this aggregation really worked for me. It was so effective, in fact, that I began falling asleep during Jon Stewart - - an undesirable side effect in my book. :)

And for whoever was having bad leg cramps the other day, there’s a Hyland brand remedy called Leg Cramps (go figure) with Quinine.

Works like that famous charm for me.

Crazy Salad..sounds like another book I have to have says the bookaholic, even though there are about 20 unread books staring at me.
My certain male is one of those “if it is to be, it’s up to me” kind of guy (he has actually said that a time or 2) that everyone relies on & goes to but that fridge thing & the asking for directions phobia seems to be prevalent among the boys. I found a greeting card that had a guy staring into the fridge asking where’s the butter with nothing in the fridge but butter packages clearly labeled. I plan to laminate that & add to the other fridge art.

Well, John, if we had any prior doubt that kmfg IS a knucklehead, it’s dispelled. This is the last time I’m wasting on him. Seeya upstairs.
