After Lieberman becomes Loserman by losing to Lamont in the primary, he will lose a lot of money and a lot of respect. Once he declares independent, he makes a lot of enemies. Everything that Lieberman loses, Lamont picks up.</p> <p>If the general election were the day after the primary, I would worry. It isn’t. I have seen recently that Bill C will be there hooting for Lieb….he has always been a clever guy politically and there are a couple of obvious reasons I can see why he is doing this…but surely Clinton is now part of the political estatablishment and soiled goods as far as integrity goes…Joe needs to lose his seat because he is a political animal letting vested interests guide his outlook as opposed to his core voters. This is a democracy…Joe is not entitled to anything…I hope Lamont wins and becomes a truly trepresentaive senator for the state and the party.
