Little Dog: I think you are on to something here. The old double negative trick. And that could make Ned look good. Regardless of what you think of Big Dog, he thinks faster than most other humans.

And, it makes HoJo look even more like the political opportunist hs is to say those ghastly things about Clinton and then use him for political survival when he needs him.

That Clinton would support him so vigorously makes me think that he was originally a part of the “big plan” to elect Hillary. Hard to change horses mid stream. I wonder if there is a “plan b?”

Mr. Clinton, if you could design any course of action that would seriously damage how history looks at you, a statesman or a pick-nose politician, it is exactly the course you are embarking upon. Keep it up, pretty soon I’ll be looking down rather than up to you.

The FEC records reveal that similar but smaller “bundles” of campaign cash were delivered to Lieberman, a member of Senate’s Armed Forces Committee, by groups of contributors associated with defense contractors, including General Dynamics Corp. and its Groton-based subsidiary, Electric Boat, and by Northrop Grumman, whose Norden Systems division is based in Groton. They show that 41 individuals who listed General Dynamics or Electric Boat as their employer gave the senator a total of $13,050, while 11 employed by Northrop Grumman gave a total of $3,500.
Man! It must be hard to be a Repub like Lieberman! Not quite Duke Cunningham, but getting there.

Maybe Clinton is forgiving, as you say, but I’ll just bet that

1) He knows whatever happens, Dems aren’t going to hate him, and
2) Could he possibly take some pleasure in having the self-righteous HoJo come begging to him for help? How utterly humiliating for Lieberman, after what he did to Clinton in the Lewinski thing.

Also, it doesn’t harm Clinton to campaign for an incumbent Dem. That’s not exactly being a communist, however wrong-headed I may think it is.

And, it makes HoJo look even more like the political opportunist hs is to say those ghastly things about Clinton and then use him for political survival when he needs him.

This latter just makes the contrast with fresh-faced and earnest Ned!

Steve Clark – Voting Integrity is the perfect issue for the States Roots Project – Write a diary for the site re best practices, etc, so that each community can investigate their district’s voting device. Let’s compile information as to which machines are preferable so that if we need to have a LTE campaign, we can advocate FOR something instead of just calling doom.
