Is this the first time a political party has been named after it’s putative candidate? I mean, when TR’s delegates walked out of the 1912 Republican Convention they didn’t name themselves “America for Roosevelt.” The were the Bull Moose Party.

Joe needs to come up with a more generalized, as distinct from self-serving, name for his organization. How about the “Droopy Dog Party”?

Bill Hillsman does Lamonts ads — did Wellstone, Ventura, and Hickenlooper in Denver.

Hick’s ads were THE BEST we’ve ever seen — and our no name brew pub beer magnate is now Mayor of Denver, and the most popular Democrat in the State.

What an idea! Ask the campaign. I called and talked to a very nice person who took my email address and said she would send me the answer by the end of the night. She sounded young, like a volunteer, and yet quite professional. I was impressed!

I have an idea of what liebs might be up to. Maybe he is playing possum in the primary, i.e he is saving his powder for the general, and hoping lamont will use up much of his resources in the primary. He now knows he will have a do over, so why spend energy in two contests when he only needs to win one, which is the general? It is a sneaky idea but this isn’t a softball game we are talking about, this is a bareknuckle brawl, and this guy is a weasel, with tons of money behind him.Does this make sense to anyone else, and if so, what would be a good counter stratagey for lamont?
