Pleased to find this post. As I blogged recently here in Connecticut, I say let’s go to www.dscc.org and their blog www.fromtheroots.org and request they add Ned Lamont to their Connecticut page. Dodd? Dodd does not run for another two years (or 4). The page makes Lieberman look like the nominee, which he is not!

Flood the <strike>D</strike>ISCC with messages… GIVE NED LAMONT THE VISIBILITY AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITY HE IS FAIRLY DUE!

Most importantly, and I wrote this on their solicitation and returned it to their true address, not the reply envelope address: NONE OF MY MONEY FOR THE DSCC WHILE DEM INCUMBENTS ARE PREFERENCED OVER CHALLENGERS!

Re Chuck and Lieberman (and Boxer)
Oh God!The Dems are doing the same thing as the Rethugs. If you do not like the laws just arbitrarily change them. You have to be from
Brooklyn to understand why Schumer and Boxer support Holy Joe. The war is about OIL-acronym- (oil,Israel and land bases) Georgie is for the war and oil.Holy Joe is for Israel. Therefore Holy Joe supports Georgie and B’klyns
Barbara and Chuckie support Holy Joe.Valid syllogism? Joe did not do much for us in Fla. in 2000 , did he?

[…] Lieberman plummets in the polls. Then he threatens to run as an independent if he loses the primary. Then Chuck Schumer says the DSCC might support him anyway. Then Digby drills Schumer and Lieberman. Then Jane at Firedoglake drills the pair and finds humor in Schumer taking credit for Tester’s win: “I myself am rather happy that the Mavericks are doing well against the Heat , but I’m also aware that I had about as much to do with that as Schumer had to do with Tester’s victory.” […]

I quit giving money to the Dem party apparatus immediately after the Alito Cave-in. I also quit giving money to NARAL, Emily’s List, and Planned Parenthood - each of the national offices continued to support Dems and Rethugs (Chafee and Snowe) after they voted FOR Alito. Since then, the Dems have just piled more shit on the pile. Money well saved.

I ONLY give money to ActBlue, MoveOn, and the like, and give money to individual candidates. I suggest you all do the same. I also suggest those of you who believe that you should reward bad behavior by giving money (to the DSCC, DCCC, etc) demand a refund if Joe gets support as an Indie. Hell, they shouldn’t be giving him ANY support until the primary sorts things out, and then ONLY give support to the rightfully elected State Representative. THAT is the job of the DSCC, etc. It is NOT to choose candidates FOR Dems to vote for, but is only to support the candidates that state Dems voted for in a primary. End of story.

Well, I give some money, not a lot, but this year, partly because I was so mad at DiFi and Barbara, I thought about the whole thing and split my political money between Firedog Lake and Coleen Rowley, who is in Minnesota, and not even in my district, but I think that woman has a set of brass balls….er….well, you know what I mean.
