When Howard Stern was a young radio personality he says that he wanted to get ahead in that business, and the way he did was to be more outrageous than anyone. Ann Coulter has consistently taken extreme conservative positions and raised the temperature, Slander, and Treason being examples. Ann Coulter said that if we wanted to solve the terrorism problem, we should just convert the Moslems to Christianity. Is it really possible that anyone could seriously say this except in jest? Well, Ms Coulter did say this, and it gets attention, gets her on talk shows, helps sell her books, and keeps her in the celiberty spotlight. The approach worked for Howard Stern, and Ann Coulter is the political “shock-jock.”

I really cannot help but watch Ann Coulter. I just want to find out what she is going to say next. Ann Coulter’s vileness about the Jersey Girls raisings the rating of any program that will run clips of her interviews. Ratings come first, and Ms Coulter can provide them. I would watch just to be outraged, and hear the host and others say out outraged they are.

No, perhaps they’re the same techniques Coulter used when she insisted, during that debate mentioned above, that “good things are happening in Iraq.” That got a huge laugh from the audience—and likewise would from the nearly 70 per cent of “everyone in America” who thinks that things aren’t exactly going well Over There, according to those vicious lying liberal-media polls. They’re also the same near-”everyones” who think the Decider-in-Chief has maybe fucked up the war irrevocably, among the many other mistakes he’s made during his disastrous kingship.

By the way, the Decider and his stable of Haliburton hos were the ones who originally opposed the formation of the 9/11 commission—whose existence we owe largely to efforts of women like the Jersey Girls and their families. Unlike you, they were and are still on speaking terms with the truth.

So please do continue to “imagine that most people agree with Coulter’s assessment” of the Jersey girls or anything else, the key word here being “imagine,” since, like most righties, you assume the private little dramas taking place in the claustral mazes of your brainpan have something to do with what the rest of us call The Real World. Unfortunately, The Real World relies on something called “evidence,” for which conservatives have a notorious aversion, mainly because it tends to yank them out of their onanistic reveries into the disturbing complexities of, well,. . . The Real World. Thanks also for crystallizing in succinct form the pathetic megalomania of the powerless and the marginalized in which “me” becomes “everyone in America.” If wishes were horses, then intellectual beggars like you could ride. The typical reaction among those who don’t happen to share her mental-health issues is to tsk-tsk that we shouldn’t reduce ourselves to her level by engaging in vicious, mindless namecalling. But Coulter’s whole career is based on just such vicious, mindless namecallinhg, and to try to engage her at a “higher” level is a waste of time, like using Marquis of Queensbury rules to take on a street thug.

What Mary McCarthy once said of Lillian Hellman—”Every word she writes is a lie, including the ‘and’s’ and the ‘the’s’”—is triply true of Annie.

Well, almost, anyway: during a recent debate with Al Franken, she whined, “Well, to sum up your view of me, ‘Ann Coulter is a lying whore.’” For once, that’s a least a half-truth: the first half (a given).

As for the “whore” part, no one watching the debate could figure out what dank little corner of Ann’s id that remark popped out of, since Franken had made no references to vast empty Sahara that passes for Coulter’s private life. Frankly, the idea of Ann Coulter fucking anything other than the dual-action Totally Blissful vibrator she stores in the third drawer of her night table (under that stack of the National Review magazines)—block that visual, please. As the French maxim has, “You can’t look into the face of the sun or of death for too long without going mad.”

Which leads me to ask: Does Ann have some gender-identity issues? She recently and—surprise—incorrectly stated that there was a website devoted to her called AnnCoulterIsaCunt.com.

No such website exists, but surely this vulgarism for the female genitalia presupposes? She looks and talks like some of the streetwise pre-op trannies I’ve known, all of whom have more brains, looks, and courage than Coulter will ever be able to muster.

My own suspicion is that her increasing bitterness—in fact, outright dementia—can be attributed to the fact that she was robbed on Oscar night. Clearly, her deeply moving performance in Transamerica put Reese Witherspoon’s riff on June Cash to shame.

Ann, Ann, Ann—just let it go. That’s the only way you’ll ever begin to heal. And remember, there’s always next year. (Hint: I hear they’re casting for a remake of Myra Breckinridge.)

His comment was SPECIFICALLY that SOME of the victims were little Eichmanns.

He said that in order to criticize the idolizing embrace of the ‘victims’ en masse, which is pretty close to her recent, dolt-headed hatespeech, except that Ward Churchill meant that we shouldn’t forget the victims of those little Eichmanns, and just act like they were blameless in life as they were victims in death. Coulter just likes to bash the victims of Bushco’s policy, because it lets the Bushco machine off the hook.

One presumes that she knows she is lying. And although lying is not fatal to the body, the soul is long gone once the white-supremacist gives themselves up to the soulless hatemongering spiral. The only way she can save herself now is to kill someone so she can drink the blood.

And don’t think she isn’t thinking about it.

I’m not surprised that she has such a devoted following, this is the fascist core element, the post Morton Downey blowhards that get off on the provocation crackpipe; provoking normally, calm decent people into barking, yelping, angry caricatures of themselves. They flout decency with that smirk and easily play their bait and switch games. They win when they get the reaction.

Just look at the Coulter and Chimp smirk, it says it all. They are the Michael and La Toya Jackson twin destroyers of a rational, civil discourse.
