Who can say how he would have reacted as a young man in that situation? Perhaps he would have reacted like he is acting now. Perhaps his younger, more idealistic self would have thought the constant attacks upon his family’s character too much to bear, and decided to drop out. It’s not like he didn’t know these tactics would be used against him. Not only is he scary because of what he stands for (or doesn’t stand for as the case may be) but because I think there is a real chance we could end up with him in the WH.</p> <p>Having said that, if you don’t know, McCain cannot raise his arms any higher than he is doing in that picture due to his injuries in Vietnam. So it is really unfair to make fun of his pathetic excuse for a manly hug. That’s what he can do. It sure is tempting, though.</p> McCain creeps me out.
