Alas, I’ve just been doing some housecleaning and tossed the info (recycled paper). General idea is that dogs can hear frequencies we can’t and this device gives such, at a range unpleasant for the dog (push button, ultrasound bleep). I’ve assumed it’s not necessarily painful, but more like talking to them at a level they can understand.
