The host was Connie (who cannot hide her affection for the right wing, no matter how hard she tries), and the question was something to the effect of whether the Clintons’ relationship would help or harm Hillary’s candidacy for the presidency. </p> <p>Well, the way it played out was a howl. Connie didn’t get the Clinton bashing she was fishing for. Instead, the majority of the callers expressed the sentiment that they couldn’t wait to have the Clintons back in the White House because 1) it would take both Clintons to clean up the mess the Bush administration has made, and 2) the best years of their lives were during the Clinton administration, and they couldn’t wait to have it that good again. </p> <p>Nearly ALL callers were pro Hillary, and I honestly cannot remember any who called to hurl hatred at the Clintons. Their attacks on gay people, relationships, parents, and sex get all the press, but the American Taliban has an anti-straight-rights agenda too. No birth control, no emergency contraception, no abortion services, no lifesaving vaccines. If you get pregnant, tough shit.
