Fitz spent a lot of time and money forcing reporters to tell him what they knew. Now Libby is a criminal defendant and is entitled to discovery as well, in order to prepare his defense. In a criminal trial more is at stake than the guilt or innocence of the defendant; the process must also be fair. I say give Libby a fair trial.
