Brilliant political idea! But in its execution, I have some tips…

Both Genders:
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR WHITE CLOTHES ON CAMERA! It’s nearly impossible to light them right, and when you inevitably light them wrong, they make the speaker look diseased and the production look low-budget. Blues are always great on men, as wellas greens (go foresty over minty or Kermity), and all grays.

For men:

Brush your hair. And your eyebrows.

Makeup is a good thing. Seriously, almost all men (except those with dark complexions) should be wearing at least foundation that evens out their skin tone, especially around the eyes. As a general rule, the darker the skin, the less makeup is needed to make it look natural on camera. Men with very dark complexions (like Djimon Hounsou) don’t usually need foundation at all, but if their skin is dry may need a little baby oil applied sparingly to the face to make it shiny–the camera needs that to see contrast.

For women:
Yes, brush your hair and eyebrows, too. Use an eyebrow liner as well. Don’t pull your hair back–it’s nearly impossible not to look unprofessional when you do that. Spray it if you have to–it doesn’t matter if it feels like crap, so long as it looks fine and doesn’t fall in your face.

Wear foundation and put on more makeup than you think you need (again, the darker your complexion, the less foundation & makeup you need, and the same “add shine” rule applies to women with very dark complexions). Put blush on the apples of your cheeks (Smile and put it on the parts that stick out, and then blend like hell). Eyeshadow, mascara, and eyeliner are critical; go with matte, not shiny powders. Keep colors neutral (fair women should go with gray liners/mascara instead of black). Lipstick is a must. Stick with warm colors–true reds, pinks, and browns; do not get any lipstick with blue tones in it (”cool tomes”)–these can turn purple on camera.

Cool - we should get some copies of their bills and speeches and use these all over the place! It was $6+ well-spent!

I see my stamp! Right there in the middle! See?

As for Dr Who and Tom Baker…back then when it was running, my sister secretly knitted me a scarf just like his as an Xmas gift. That sucker will keep 4 adjacent people warm.

Does anyone know how much Clarice Feldman is being paid to write these “attack Fitz” pieces?

The right wingnuttia is going ga-ga over them.

Noticeably absent, other than her being an attorney, are any facts that supports her arguments.

Brilliant!

A ‘Viral Protest’.

Naturally, this will threaten the very heart of True American Democracy and otherwise lend aid and comfort to the enemy.

Tom Osburn-former coach of Nebraska. Noted for his stoic resolve while losing the big ones.He and J.C. Watts are an embarrsment to college football. Opps, almost forgot Steve Largent. I was born in Ok. It is embarrassing to admit that Watts and Largent are Okies. EVEN worse the state has the two worst senators in the senate.(Inhoff and Coburn)Thank God I don’t live there now! Also, thank you Pam for your post. I have to tell you I had to jump in the shower until the hot water ran out. And still didn’t feel clean. You are a saint for your efforts.
