Okay I am going to have to crack the whip here.  I can't take it any more (*sob*) -- no more jokes about my fellow blogger in arms Ramesh, okay?  HIGH FIVE RAMESH!!!  So what if his new book had an editor who thinks the job of an editor is to insert entire paragraphs out of other people's work?  That is not his fault you heartless bastards.  

Ramesh has high standards.  Just ask Lawrence Tribe.

The blame belongs to those fuckers at Regnery.  Even with such brilliant conservative intellectual minds at their helm, they let Ramesh down.  

Oh well I'm sure his crack PR handlers will find some way to deal with this.
