Joe Lieberman. I just talked with a staffer in his office - oh so politely requesting that he give a message to his Senator that while I live on the California coast my money and my efforts to elect Ned Lamont is among my highest grass roots campaign priorities now through the fall election. He was clearly rattled and asked me to please hold so he could forward my call to his “manager”. “Don’t bother dear”, I purred, bidding him a sweet “good day and good luck”. HA!
